Job Description

Responsibilities

Interact with clients on site to meet complex solution requirements
Write reports, proposals, and maintain project documentation
Coach and mentor junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians
Assume responsibility for Engineers' activities in line with performance targets
Provide telephonic, remote, and on-site support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems
Project management certification desirable
