Job Description

Seeking a motivated Support Intern to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in technical support and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

Handle and resolve support tickets efficiently within defined SLAs.
Collaborate with US-based clients to understand their requirements and provide timely resolutions.
Work with MS Excel to analyze and process data and generate reports.
Learn and apply SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and manage data.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of SQL or a willingness to learn is a plus.
