Job Description

We are looking for an Admin Officer to oversee facility management, cafeteria operations, transportation management, and general administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of IT environment administration, data management skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint applications.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor facility upkeep & maintenance
  • Manage staff transportation, cafeteria operations
  • Understand BMS, purchase management, billing & invoice processing
  • Generate MIS reports & ensure statutory compliance
  • Assist in client visits, meetings & conferences
  • Receipt & Dispatch of documents and assets

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in Science, Arts, Commerce
  • Qualification in administration stream preferred
  • Good spoken & written communication skills in English
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in administration
