Job Description

Analyzing existing compensation data, collaborating with IT and vendor teams, developing standard operating procedures, generating data analytics, and implementing special projects within the Compensation and Benefits department.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing compensation data to provide informed recommendations for standardizing pay components
  • Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to customize systems for organizational needs
  • Develop standard operating procedures for C&B systems and processes
  • Generate data analytics and reporting on workforce trends and benefits programs ROI
  • Design and implement special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Skilled in analyzing compensation data and implementing C&B systems
  • Proficient in change management and process improvement
  • Experience with merit and incentive programs
  • Knowledgeable about compensation laws
