Job Description

Join SKF as a Senior Accountant Payable and be a key member of the P2P team, responsible for overseeing and executing the end-to-end accounts payable process.

Responsibilities

Lead the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Act as a primary point of contact for vendors and maintain positive relationships.
Manage the timely and accurate processing of payments, optimizing cash flow.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounts payable function.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounts payable staff.
Generate and analyze accounts payable reports, providing insights into trends.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

5 to 9 years of professional work experience in account payable.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in accounts payable software and Microsoft Excel.
Experience working in a Manufacturing Set-up or Shared services Centre is an advantage.
