Job Description

Organize and coordinate group check-in/pre-registration procedures. Sell a room/accommodation to guests without reservations. Anticipate sold-out situations and identify alternative accommodations for guests. Perform duplicate reservation checks, run daily reports, and provide guests with directions and information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
