Job Description

Vijaya Diagnostic Centre is seeking a Patient Care Executive to guide customers through the process of undergoing medical tests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through the required services and ensure their comfort
Manage Q-Line and Token System for customer convenience
Assist customers in selecting test packages and provide necessary information
Ensure all customers undergo tests within specified time
Follow up on sample dispatch and report delays
Coordinate home delivery of reports for patient convenience
Collaborate with other branches in case of emergency service breakdowns
Support billing desk during staff shortage
