Job Description

We are hiring multiple US IT Bench Sales Executives/Recruiters to work under high-pressure environments, deliver set targets, and contribute to the company's success. Candidates must have 2 to 7 years of experience in Bench Sales (US Staffing company).

Responsibilities

Experience in working on W2/C2C Requirements.
Ability to work in EST, US time zone.
Negotiate rates with Vendors/Clients.
Coordinate with consultants for vendor calls and end client interviews.
Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

Qualifications

Excellent oral English communication and writing skills.
Proficient in using Job Boards for sourcing candidates.
Ability to work under strict deadlines and targets.
Strong account management skills.
