Job Description

We are looking for a highly sales-driven Field Sales Executive to manage General Trade & HORECA in the Rice Industry. The role involves achieving monthly sales objectives, managing distribution channels, and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve month-wise sales objectives in the assigned area
  • Manage distribution channel efficiently to leverage growth opportunities
  • Deliver sales KPIs and drive operational efficiencies
  • Support and lead sales team at allocated location
  • Manage sales operations including adherence to PJP call cycles

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Retail, Wholesale & HORECA for the Rice industry
  • Working knowledge of the rice industry with accounts knowledge for the Area
  • HS/Graduate qualification
