Cluster Lead - OPT Sales position at ZEISS India responsible for developing and managing sales for assigned territory, leading a team of sales account specialists, and ensuring market share growth.

Responsibilities

Develop sales plans and strategies for OPT Business
Lead and manage a team of sales account specialists and channel partners
Manage dealer network and ensure strong execution methods
Identify new key accounts and direct trade opportunities
Establish working rapport with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any relevant area, Masters in Business Administration preferred
8-10 years of experience in Ophthalmology/healthcare
Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets
Strong strategic and commercial acumen
Proficiency in MS-Office and strong English communication skills
