Job Description

Greet and welcome guests, maintain security systems, answer phone calls, manage mail, maintain office supplies, schedule meetings, and perform other clerical duties.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive

- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival

- Maintain security and telecommunications systems

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

- Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries

- Maintain employee and department directories

- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Excellent communication skills

- Organizational skills

- Attention to detail
