Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Acquisition to bring in new customers to our enterprise offerings in India. This role involves end-to-end B2B sales in the domestic market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a structured Sales and Business Development process using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, etc.
  • Penetrate deep into markets and industries to understand the market.
  • Co-Drive acquisition loops with referrals from existing customers.
  • Own the lead journey from Total Addressable Market to Acquisition.
  • Ideate ways to continuously improve the acquisition rate and targeting tools.
  • Keep sales collateral updated and relevant to specific industries.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B end-to-end sales.
  • Graduates/ MBAs preferred.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Structured thinking and a go-getter attitude.
