The Sales and Marketing Manager for Packaged Drinking Water will be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth initiatives in the FMCG industry.
Development of Sales strategy: Formulate and implement effective sales initiatives in collaboration with Franchisees to achieve revenue and volume growth. Identify and establish partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.
Development of Marketing strategy: Formulate plans for promotion, advertising, and brand building activities. Monitor and analyze sales performance.
Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
MBA in Sales and Marketing
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG or packaged drinking water industry.
