Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans.
Monitor and analyze talent metrics to guide decisions and improvements.
Lead learning and development initiatives, including training programs and career pathing.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through talent development strategies.
Stay current with talent management trends and best practices.
Bachelor's degree or Masters.
3-7 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR field.
Strong knowledge of performance management systems and talent development strategies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Experience with HRIS and Excel.
