Hands-on experience in Production and Material Requirement Planning.
Develop project schedules and monitor progress.
Coordinate with upstream functions for timely materials availability.
Effect changes to production schedules to meet deadlines.
Create capacity plan and monitor daily output.
Maintain safety stock and Kanban.
Monitor key performance indicators and apply problem-solving for continuous improvement.
Compiling status and performance reports for management.
Co-ordinate with other functions to improve plant capacity utilisation.
Maintain project-wise shortages and release plans for kitting.
Knowledge of overall manufacturing process.
BE in Mechanical Engineering with 6-10 years of experience in the valve industry.
Strong technical and analytical skills with a growth mindset.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP functions.
Basic knowledge in Power BI is an added advantage.
