Seeking a Relationship Manager focused on Loan Against Property in the Rural Banking sector. Responsible for creating sales opportunities, acquiring new customers for LAP, maintaining portfolio quality, ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance, promoting digital adoption, and leading a team effectively.

Responsibilities

Creating sales opportunities for self and team members.
Acquisition focus on lending to new customers, championing the purpose of building a large LAP book with high yield.
Book Quality maintenance of portfolio quality.
Maintain highest standards of Customer Service and Compliance.
Adopt and promote Digital.
Groom and mentor team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and relationship management in the banking sector.
Strong understanding of loan products, especially Loan Against Property.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
