Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI-powered systems.
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for APIs, integrations, and workflows.
Lead end-to-end testing efforts for bot functionality and CRM integrations.
Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and adherence to quality standards.
Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms for quality assurance in production.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
8-11 years of QA experience with focus on AI/ML.
Experience with testing APIs, webhooks, and cloud platforms.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline integrations and NLU validation techniques.
Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
