The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. This role involves managing the recruitment cycle, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through communication and feedback.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics.
  • Drive diversity recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Master's/Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 7-9 years experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
