Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support in English and Hindi
Work in a 24*7 rotational shift with 6 days working
Attend HR, training, operations, and client rounds

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Minimum education required is Higher Secondary
Typing speed of at least 25WPM with 90% accuracy
