Job Description

Tech Mahindra is hiring for the position of Customer Relations Advisor for their UK Customer Service/Technical Voice Process in Mumbai. Immediate joining available for eligible candidates with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide technical support for UK customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

HSC/Graduate with minimum 6 months of INTERNATIONAL BPO experience (Voice)
SSC with minimum 1 year of INTERNATIONAL BPO experience
Good communication skills
