Engage with business owners through calls and provide support for managing and optimizing their digital ad accounts.
Assist clients in setting up, monitoring, and managing online advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Offer expert advice on ad strategies, suggest improvements, and help clients achieve their business goals effectively.
Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance related to ad accounts, ensuring smooth client experiences.
Work in shifts as required and be adaptable to client needs in a 24/7 operation environment.
