Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Associate, where you will perform data collection tasks related to various Amazon devices, applications, and services. You will work closely with your team manager to ensure adherence to standard procedures and guidelines, as well as participate in process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Perform data collection tasks for Amazon devices, applications, and services
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and predefined guidelines
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and accuracy
Collaborate with team manager to address delays or technical issues
Report tool and software issues to development team
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Amazon's policies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
