Job Description

The Client Service Associate Analyst supports in the production and delivery of investment reports to clients by gathering report requirements and managing report templates. Collaborates with various internal departments and external partners to enhance client servicing capabilities for delivering outstanding client experience with the organization's alternative products.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare investment performance reports and presentations for clients adhering to Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).
  • Address client queries and requests regarding investment reports promptly.
  • Collaborate with third-party fund administrators for investor activity and reporting obligations.
  • Support due diligence, client questionnaires, and gather report requirements from internal departments.
  • Participate in design and creation of new report templates for quality control.
  • Perform data validations and resolve discrepancies for accurate client reports.
  • Develop industry knowledge across traditional and alternative investment products.
  • Assist with investment data consolidation to provide timely reports.

Qualifications

  • University degree preferred.
  • No experience required.
