Job Description

The Team Leader will oversee and support a team of customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to motivate a team to meet and exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities

Foster an inspiring team environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
Establish clear, achievable team goals and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Delegate tasks effectively, setting realistic deadlines to ensure timely completion.
Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain productivity and efficiency.
Continuously monitor team performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
Motivate and engage team members, fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie.
Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Actively listen to team members' feedback, resolving any issues or conflicts in a timely manner.

Organize and facilitate team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and morale.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of Operation performance metrics
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
Excellent German communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
Flexibility to work in night shifts as required by the Role
