Job Description

We are looking for an Office Assistant to verify and prepare documents, maintain records, and ensure efficient communication with client coordinators.

Responsibilities

  • Verify documents received from client coordinators.
  • Work with client coordinators in case of any query related to documents.
  • Prepare the documents as per the Vendor's requirement.
  • Verify the document checklist to ensure all documents are received.
  • Maintain Vendors records.
  • Upload documents.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Word & Excel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
