Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join Lenskart as a Store Manager/Sales Associate in Pune. Lead a team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the store team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining visual merchandising, cleanliness, and in-store operations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ordering stock when required.
  • Train and coach sales associates to improve customer service and product knowledge.
  • Handle escalated customer issues professionally and effectively.
  • Analyze store performance and report regularly to the regional team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Retail Management/Business Administration or equivalent).
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy - familiarity with POS systems and MS Office tools.
  • Customer-first attitude and ability to drive high-quality service.
  • Experience in eyewear, fashion, or lifestyle products is a plus.
