Join our team as a Finance Operations Lead to work closely with the founder, manage day-to-day finance operations, and drive strategic financial decisions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Lead daily finance operations, including analysis, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to support company growth.
Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
Manage financial systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
Monitor financial performance and lead annual audit processes.
Engage with external stakeholders and build relationships.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

4+ years of finance operations experience, preferably in fintech or payments.
Understanding of FEMA and proficiency in financial management software.
Strong analytical skills, knowledge of tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
