Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for staff members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing paperwork.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, guests, and vendors and provide accurate information about the organization's services.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
