Job Description

Join the Amazon Kindle Support Engineering team in providing accurate and timely royalty calculations and accounting entries for all Kindle and print-on-demand book sales.

Responsibilities

Mentor and train other support engineers on day to day activities
Software deployment support in staging and production environments
Provide support for incoming tickets, troubleshooting tasks, and maintenance coding projects
Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance
Ownership of digital products or components
Customer notification and workflow coordination

Qualifications

4+ years of software development or technical support experience
Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
Unix and scripting knowledge
Agile/scrum experience
Experience with RESTful web API calls
