Support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Responsibilities

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.
Monitor operational requirements and service agreements.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to optimize system performance.
Implement best practices for system maintenance and upgrades.

Qualifications

Proficiency in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment.
Strong understanding of system operations and maintenance.
Experience in managing production systems and services.
Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
