Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Solar Manufacturing aligns HR strategies with business goals and acts as a strategic advisor to the manufacturing leadership team. This role involves driving key HR initiatives including workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and employee relations tailored to the needs of a high-tech manufacturing setup.

Responsibilities

Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with business needs.
Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Manage employee life cycle processes including performance appraisals and training.
Support HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Address employee concerns and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with central HR teams on policy implementation and audits.
Maintain HR dashboards and provide regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and cross-functional team environment.
