Job Description

The Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical and business support for users of Citi Applications. They are required to have a good understanding of application support procedures, concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.
  • Act as a liaison between users/traders, internal technology groups, and vendors.
  • Participate in disaster recovery testing and application releases.
  • Analyze applications to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
  • Collaborate with Development colleagues to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements.
  • Participate in Support Project items for Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in application support.
  • Basic knowledge of apps support procedures, concepts, and other technical areas.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of problem Management Tools and issue tracking/reporting.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
