Job Description

The Counsellor cum Social Worker will be responsible for the effective implementation of the Bonded Labour Prevention and Rehabilitation Project in Bhopal and Raisen districts.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities.
Coordinate rescue operations, legal aid, and post-rescue rehabilitation.
Facilitate community mobilization and awareness programs.
Liaise with key stakeholders and institutions.
Maintain project documentation and prepare reports.

Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Law, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in anti-human trafficking or rights-based development.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Hindi; working knowledge of English preferred.
