Join our team at Shoppers Stop as a Unit HR responsible for recruitment, training, payroll activities, welfare activities, statutory compliances, performance management, and retention.

Responsibilities

Recruitment, Selection & Induction

Follow up with consultants for filling up vacancies
Maintain database of applications and rejections
Conduct interviews with UH for selection
Ensure induction schedule is prepared for new joinees

Manpower Budgeting

Allocate staff in various sub departments
Ensure availability of manpower as per budgets
Improve Productivity

Training & Development

Prepare training calendar
Develop training modules
Liaise with external consultants for specific training needs

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Proven experience in HR roles

- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
