Job Description

Welcome visitors and clients, answer calls, respond to emails, manage appointments, maintain supplies, handle mail, assist with office duties, provide company information, maintain records, address customer concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring the correct information is relayed.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries, providing information or redirecting as necessary.
  • Assist clients with check-in/check-out procedures if applicable.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain front office supplies and ensure the work area is clean and organized.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes.
  • Assist with general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Provide basic company information to clients or visitors.
  • Maintain records of visitors, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assist with basic billing or accounting tasks, if needed.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • B.A in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • BHMCT in Hotel Management.
  • B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Management.
  • BHM in Hotel Management.
