Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist for Back Office assists in maintaining consistent quality auditing services through monitoring the back office workforce. This position is responsible for upholding quality assurance standards and evaluating transaction monitoring performance.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Specialist must demonstrate familiarity with all aspects of data entry quality and performance.

Monitor data entry performance and work with supervisors to implement improvement plans.

Prepare quality reports by analyzing information and trends.

Conduct audit work according to acceptable standards and productivity requirements.

Maintain records of QA activities and collaborate with the training team.

Update job knowledge by studying trends and developments in quality assurance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related field preferred.

Experience:

At least 3 years of quality experience with proven process improvement skills.

At least 1 year of quality assurance in a related technical/professional services area.

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Quality Concepts and experience with quality reports and tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
