Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join Knauf India as a Manager Procurement. Responsible for overseeing the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of direct materials and capital expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee direct material procurement by identifying suppliers, negotiating pricing, and managing inventory levels.
Lead Capex procurement process for major equipment purchases.
Control indirect plant purchases and develop necessary processes.
Analyze procurement data and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering, Post Graduation Diploma/Degree in management or supply chain.
Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement within a manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of direct material, capex, and spare part sourcing.
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP system.
