Job Description

Join us as a Service Operations Analyst at Barclays, responsible for supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects to plan, budget, agreed quality and governance standards. Youll spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provision of technical support for the service management function to resolve more complex issues for a specific client of group of clients.
  • Develop the support model and service offering to improve the service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Execution of preventative maintenance tasks on hardware and software.
  • Utilisation of monitoring tools/metrics to identify, prevent and address potential issues.
  • Maintenance of a knowledge base containing detailed documentation of resolved cases.

Qualifications

  • ITIL v3 or above certified or relevant experience in an ITIL environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Service Risk and Control Governance.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in IT Service Management disciplines.
