Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the city-wide operations of our luxury hospitality, F&B, and coffee chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational SOP compliance, monitoring audit processes, managing P&L, improving Zomato ratings, enhancing customer satisfaction, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by working closely with store managers
  • Ensure operational SOP compliance across all stores
  • Manage and monitor store audit processes
  • Take ownership of Profit & Loss for the city's operations
  • Regularly monitor and improve Zomato ratings
  • Enhance customer satisfaction scores
  • Implement a resolution system for maintenance issues
  • Identify and implement new processes to improve metrics
  • Ensure proper staffing and training at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in city-wide operations management
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Experience in NSO management
  • Ability to innovate operational processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
