Job Description

Operate Helpdesk and monitor the facilities in the Passenger Terminal building while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering ultimate customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for upkeep of facilities and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate defects reported related to passenger facilities and airport upkeep
  • Ensure Information and Transfer desk manning by service providers as per SLA
  • Regularly check on Standard Operating Procedures on Lost Property

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate, preferably with a background in Hotel Management or Aviation/Hospitality management
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Aviation/Hotel/Hospitality
  • Experience in Lost & Property handling
