Responsibilities

Support and coach Development Teams & PO in working in an agile way
Work with other Scrum Masters in different locations following a Scaled Agile approach
Organize & moderate Scrum ceremonies
Coach the team in understanding Agile Values and Principles
Remove impediments for the Teams
Drive continuous improvements of team members, processes, and product
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters for organization-wide improvements

Qualifications

Experience as a Scrum Master and knowledge of Kanban, XP
Strong skills in moderation, presentation, coaching, and conflict resolution
Passion for Agility and fluent in Business English
Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g. scrum.org PSM1)
Experience with Scaled Agile approaches such as LeSS (beneficial)
German language proficiency (beneficial)
