Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive in Workforce Management to monitor real-time performance, schedule adherence, and intraday adjustments to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor real-time performance against service level targets and KPIs.
  • Track and report on agent schedule adherence.
  • Propose and implement real-time adjustments to staffing.
  • Generate and distribute real-time reports on performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Real-Time Analyst in a contact center is an asset.
  • Proficiency in WFM software and real-time monitoring tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
