Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Cost Accountant at Emerson's Financial Services Group in Pune. Looking for a finance professional with experience in cost accounting or FP&A domain.

Responsibilities

Lead the monthly reporting process for financial information
Perform revenue recognition exercises
Consolidate project data from Managers and Suppliers
Perform reconciliations between PA & GL
Responsible for financial closing and month-end checks
Prepare project accounting records and reports
Identify operational improvements for better financial reporting
Provide support for audit requests

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in Cost Accounting or FP&A Domain
Proficiency in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Team player with self-motivation
Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
