Job Description

Maersk is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Management Process Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for managing SCM Operation Activities under file management for customers within your scope.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end supply chain management operations from the back office.
Prepare, verify, and submit export documentation.
Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Proven experience in SCM operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and SCM software.
