The Associate Manager, HR Business Partner is responsible for executing the talent strategy, providing a consistent experience to managers and employees, and supporting and executing the engagement strategy for the market.

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert to managers
  • Build strong partnerships with managers to ensure effective HR resources
  • Provide guidance on HR matters and partner with subject-matter experts
  • Deliver solutions that address issues of retention, change management, and employee engagement
  • Analyze and present data to recommend solutions supporting the HR strategy

Qualifications

What You Will Need

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
  • 6-8 years of HR experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations matters
  • Strong facilitation, consulting, and project management skills
  • Conflict resolution and evaluation skills
