Job Description

We are looking for a Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, selection, strategy, reporting, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers

Qualifications

  • 5 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
