The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service in the dining area of Machan Resorts LLP in Lonavala. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle guest interactions effectively.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
Escort guests to their tables and present menus
Handle reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
Provide information about the menu and resort offerings
Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly
Communicate guest needs to service staff
Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences
Ensure cleanliness and organization in dining areas

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing role
