Job Description

We are looking for an Office Assistant to manage administrative tasks in our resort. The ideal candidate will provide support to the HR department, manage employee interactions, handle communication, scheduling, and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and employees, providing information, and directing them.
  • Assisting with HR paperwork and maintaining employee records.
  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with departments.
  • Assisting employees with HR-related queries and general welfare.
  • Maintaining reception area, office supplies, and handling mail.
  • Entering HR-related data and maintaining records.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications

  • Graduation/ Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
