Job Description

Works under supervision to provide Administrative and Office support services to ensure the smooth running of Facility and Office services Function.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting, providing a wide variety of support services.
  • Developing and monitoring financial information.
  • Organizing material for meetings and presentations.
  • Ensuring contractual service staff perform as per SLAs.
  • Arranging purchase of office supplies.
  • Monitoring and ensuring timely maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintaining asset management and tracking of AMCs.
  • Liaising and coordinating with project leads for space allocation.
  • Supporting HR during new hire joining formalities.
  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and hygienic workplace.
  • Arranging logistics for events.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with 5-9 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of administrative functions.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in access control systems and CCTV monitoring.
  • Experience in employee transportation and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management and expat accommodation.
