We are hiring for the role of Non Voice BPO Chat Support Executive in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a graduate qualification with at least 1 year of experience in non-voice processes.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Email Support: Responding to customer inquiries via email.
Chat Support: Providing customer support through live chat platforms.
Social Media Support: Managing customer interactions on social media platforms.
Data Entry: Entering and managing data in databases or spreadsheets.
Document Processing: Scanning, organizing, and managing documents.
Back-Office Operations: Assisting with administrative tasks, HR functions, or other non-customer-facing activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Good communication in English
1 year experience in non-voice processes
Immediate joining/willing to relocate
